He serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s Payments Advisory Council and co-chairs the North Carolina Blockchain Initiative. Previously, he led membership growth at the Chamber of Digital Commerce, expanding it from 38 to over 200 members, and helped craft landmark blockchain legislation while at the North Carolina Department of Commerce.
